The satisfaction rate of users has reached more than 90%, and they all agree that: Guided by advanced management concepts and production control methods, the achievement has realized the wide-area network monitoring and diagnosis system of industrial production field application equipment, predictive maintenance and management, improved the reliability of equipment operation, and significantly improved the integrity, operation efficiency and comprehensive guarantee of equipment.
      Finally through expert review, think the project achievements developed integrates multi-source artificial intelligence technology, the Internet of things the remote communication technology, 3 d modeling technology, image processing and identification technology in the integration of extra-high voltage power transformer fault prediction and health management system, whole life cycle of key components of transformer state real-time monitoring, improving the system of power equipment management services, The transformer operation and maintenance process is optimized and the economic loss of the enterprise is reduced. Based on the intelligent terminal of industrial Internet of Things data, the key components of uHV power transformer are monitored, and the global efficiency evaluation optimization and intelligent decision making method are proposed to realize the multi-angle decision support such as maintenance and life analysis of UHV power transformer. Based on the deep confidence network and the intelligent algorithm of transfer learning, feature extraction and cluster analysis were carried out on the data, and the 3d visualization big data platform of intelligent diagnosis was built, which realized the fault prediction and health evaluation of uHV power transformers. This achievement has its own intellectual property rights, and has been applied in the intelligent operation and maintenance of ultra-high voltage power transformers, and its comprehensive performance index has reached the leading level in China. After a comprehensive review by the expert group, the experts at the meeting unanimously agreed that the project "Ultra-high voltage power transformer fault prediction and health Management System" has passed the evaluation of scientific and technological achievements.
