On March 27, Wang Xuelai, deputy director of Liaoning Provincial Science and Technology Department, accompanied the delegation led by Zhang Zong, chief investment officer of China Resources Capital Management Co., Ltd., to Shenyang Skyeye IT Co., Ltd. to investigate the enterprise's scientific and technological innovation work.

       The delegation visited the enterprise big data service platform and visited the development and construction of enterprises in the direction of new generation information technology. In this survey, Ma Yingang, chairman of the company, introduced the development process of the enterprise and the application results in the fields of intelligent perception, image processing and PMH technology.
