A distributed load transport monitoring system is an intelligent solution based on IoT and distributed computing technologies, specifically for special vehicles used in rail freight to transport large items such as large equipment, steel structures, and heavy machinery. In the actual transport process, the following core problems are still faced: concentrated loads of large items (e.g., transformers, wind turbine blades) may cause local stress on the vehicle body to exceed limits, leading to structural damage; when trains pass through curves or turnouts, cargo sliding/tilting may cause rollover accidents (e.g., a wind power equipment transport once derailed due to unmonitored tilting). Through a distributed transport monitoring system, dynamic monitoring and real-time early warning are provided throughout the entire transport process.
