(hereinafter referred to as Skyeye IT) achieved two major milestones—the launch of its new-generation multimodal intelligent shock recorder at a national CNAS-accredited laboratory. As the world’s first product integrating IoT, digital twin, large-scale models, and AI technologies, it marks a critical shift in China’s safety monitoring for major equipment transportation from "speculative analysis" to "transparent perception." Additionally, the company secured an order for 2,760 black boxes for monitoring ultra-high-voltage switchgear transportation in Saudi Arabia, setting a new record for overseas product exports.  

The debut of this world-first product and its large-scale export stand in stark contrast to the company’s predicament 25 years ago—back then, Skyeye IT was burdened with nearly 10 million yuan in debt and mired in the setbacks of entrepreneurial failure. From rising from the ashes to reaching the pinnacle of the industry, Skyeye IT’s key to breakthrough has been a steadfast "Digital Long March."  

Rise: Digitalization Breaks Foreign Monopoly
At the 50th IEEE International Conference on Transmission and Distribution Equipment and Technology in 2014, Skyeye IT’s booth attracted numerous visitors from Europe and the United States, with dozens of companies proactively seeking cooperation and agency agreements. By then, the company’s digital shock and vibration recorder had dominated its niche market for over a decade.  

This success traces back to a difficult decision in 1999. After two failed entrepreneurial attempts and nearly 10 million yuan in debt, Skyeye IT embarked on its third venture.  

Coinciding with China’s accelerated industrialization and the rapid development of the power equipment industry, there was an explosive demand for shock and vibration recorders (black boxes) to ensure the safe transportation of large electrical equipment. Leveraging Shenyang’s local technological expertise and staking its family assets, Skyeye IT spent three years overcoming key challenges in hardware architecture, signal adaptation, and software-hardware integration through multiple rounds of technical breakthroughs and thousands of verifications. By independently writing core code and innovating digital motherboard designs, the company successfully developed the world’s first digital shock and vibration recorder. This product pioneered the "time stamp" concept, upgrading transportation safety monitoring from experience-based judgment to digital representation. It expanded monitoring capabilities from a single vibration parameter (as in foreign mechanical recorders) to over a dozen dimensional parameters. With a price 40% lower than foreign low-end products and superior service, Skyeye IT quickly solidified its position in the domestic power market.  

Skyeye IT maintained an annual product iteration pace, completing more than 20 digital upgrades and building a robust technological "moat." To date, the company has sold over 100,000 units, capturing more than 95% of the domestic market and over 70% globally.  

Breakthrough: Digitalization Expands Industrial Frontiers
In 2018, Skyeye IT’s big data platform was recognized as a national-level digital service demonstration platform. This platform established a complete technological chain encompassing "sensor application—data collection—model construction—algorithm optimization." Through data aggregation and modeling, it created digital twin application scenarios spanning five dimensions: underwater, surface, land, railway, and aerospace, building an industry-leading data foundation and intelligent safety hub that propelled the company toward comprehensive intelligence.  

Since 2007, Skyeye IT has gradually integrated core technologies such as digital sensors, digital chips, and algorithmic models, driving digital transformation across design, manufacturing, and service processes. The company has consistently prioritized high R&D investment, collaborating with top universities and research institutes to secure a leading position in digital technology.  

In 2008, Skyeye IT pioneered self-organizing network communication in the industry; by 2018, it completed the IoT upgrade of its products. Over nearly two decades, the company invested over 200 million yuan in digital transformation, secured more than 60 invention patents, and launched over 100 digital products across 26 categories. This diverse digital product matrix enabled the company to "expand its frontiers" and firmly grasp market initiative.  

Leap: Building a New "Transport and Delivery Safety" Ecosystem
In October 2024, Skyeye IT collaborated with over 10 central enterprises, including China North Industries Group Corporation, China Railway Special Cargo Services, and China General Nuclear Power Group, to establish a "Transport and Delivery Safety" Joint Innovation Center. The center focuses on challenges such as natural disaster monitoring, early warning, and emergency response, providing AI-assisted decision-making solutions for national security and emergency strategies. The concept of "Transport and Delivery Safety," pioneered by Skyeye IT, has gained significant recognition in the industry.  

In recent years, Skyeye IT has actively promoted the implementation of the "Transport and Delivery Safety" ecosystem: co-establishing engineering centers with multiple central enterprises, partnering with universities under the Ministry of Emergency Management to set up key laboratories and advance technology transfer, and signing strategic agreements with central enterprises like China Railway Special Cargo Services and COSCO SHIPPING Logistics to jointly incubate transport and delivery equipment. A national-level "Three Disruptions" (disrupted roads, networks, and power) emergency communication project was also launched within the company, accelerating the mass production of related safety products. Currently, Skyeye IT is fully engaged in pre-researching 6D high-precision visual posture tracking technology, aiming to develop next-generation "Transport and Delivery Safety" solutions that transition from static monitoring to dynamic tracking and from single-point perception to cluster coordination.  

From breakthroughs in single products to leading industry development and building an industrial ecosystem, Skyeye IT’s Digital Long March has reached new heights. As a pioneer of the national security concept, the company is leveraging technological innovation to help create a safer, interconnected world.
