At the entrance of the first floor of Angli Information Park IT International Annex Building, Mayor Jiang first learned about the Skyeye lT infrared thermal imaging temperature detection equipment installed and used at the entrance. In the face of the sudden COVID-19 epidemic, Skyeye lT, relying on its self-developed infrared detection flame technology and integrating AI algorithms, rapidly developed an infrared thermal imaging body temperature automatic detection system in February this year. This system adopts a rare domestic infrared head hardware specifically for human body temperature in the range of 30-45 degrees and a software system that meets national military standards. It features non-contact, high precision, multi-target, high efficiency, and ease of use. It is suitable for use in hospitals, airports, stations, subways, schools, and other places with dense crowds, allowing for rapid screening of fever patients in large mobile populations, controlling the spread of the epidemic, and building a solid defense line for epidemic prevention and control.

In the exhibition hall on the fourth floor, Mayor Jiang visited the Skyeye lT Big Data Service Platform. The Skyeye lT Big Data Service Platform can predict and prejudge equipment operational failures and lifespan, and can foresee disaster accidents in hazardous chemical storage and logistics. Skyeye lT started with innovation, has products that have maintained an invisible championship in segmented industries for eight consecutive years, and leading international and domestic technologies and products; it is a pioneer, practitioner, and important promoter of intelligent management and control of major equipment and hazardous chemical storage and logistics, and also a drafter and participant in relevant product and technical standards.
During the visit, Ma Yinggang, Chairman of Skyeye lT, reported in detail to Mayor Jiang about the company's products and information technology application cases, including the intelligent management and control platform for major equipment logistics, the intelligent operation and maintenance platform for power equipment, and the multi-state online monitoring solution for deformation, vibration, and displacement provided for railway heavy cargo transport vehicles with drop holes in January 2020.

After the outbreak, the park immediately took emergency prevention and control measures, comprehensively deployed control work, and strictly implemented the formulated epidemic prevention and control guidelines. According to the data collection requirements of Hunnan District, we urge enterprises that have resumed work to fill in daily statistical reports, grasp the health status of enterprise personnel in real-time, and require more than 1,000 personnel returning to Shenyang from other provinces to undergo home isolation for 14 days. In terms of epidemic prevention and control, we must thank Hunnan District for proactively responding to the needs of enterprises with warm actions, timely distributing masks and other epidemic prevention materials to park enterprises free of charge, helping enterprises solve the problem of scarce epidemic prevention materials during resumption of work and production."
